Be it alpine meadows, rolling forests, or glacial valleys: “flats” are a given for the backcountry skier. That said, we often tend to dream about the descent with less regard for the long expanse that might precede it. Scaled skis make quick work of approach and egress in such terrain, negating the need for troublesome transitions and leaving us with more time and energy for the marquis event.

The Endeavor BC will delight the contemporary alpine traveler as much as it will the die-hard knee dropper or ascetic Nordic nerd. That’s right: it’s compatible with practically any binding you could care to pair with it, including an NNN BC, Xplore, 3-Pin, Switchback, X2, TTS Transit, Lynx, Meidjo and more…

Of course, the Endeavor BC is more than simply a congenial ski/binding bridge builder… It’s the astonishing capability of a lightweight ski with an ~82mm waist. It’s the ease of an elevator approach on a well laid track. It’s the experience of a day spent gleefully re-descending 500’ laps in your local stash…not to mention the potential for 5,000 cumulative feet of vertical without a pause for climbing skins! There’s a time and a place for those skins, no question… But in this case, they can stay stowed in your pack while you reel in a personal record.
