Let’s be honest, it’s no longer surprising to see scaled base on downhill skis. The efficiency that scales add on rolling terrain has made them an easy choice for anybody who wants to go far and do it quickly. No need to contemplate if you should slap your skins on: simply unlock your heel and keep on cruising.
This latest offering is a doppleganger of our most popular scaled ski—the Objective BC—but in a construction recipe that will readily accommodate the local knee-dropping die-hard.
A durable and damp poplar core paired with a waist width in the lower 80s will make this the first pick of ski mountaineers across the western states.
CONSTRUCTION
POPLAR / SINGLE CARBON / BC
Durable and damp poplar construction with triaxial fiberglass for uncompromising performance inbounds or off-piste. Traction Pattern “BC” scalebase has been included underfoot to allow for fewer transitions when traversing rolling terrain.
